1. Daily maintenance

Operators should wear protective gloves, masks, etc. to prevent dust, chemicals, etc. that may be generated during the cleaning process from causing damage to the skin or respiratory tract. Use a soft cloth to wipe the external surface of the device to remove dust, oil, etc. For stains that are difficult to clean, special detergents can be used for cleaning, but be careful to choose a detergent that will not damage the surface of the equipment. The control panel is the heart of the device and requires special attention to cleaning. Use a dry, soft cloth to gently wipe the control panel; avoid using a wet cloth or chemical cleaners to prevent damage to electronic components.

Lubrication and maintenance: Regularly lubricate the moving parts of the equipment, such as guide rails, bearings, etc., to reduce wear and friction and ensure smooth operation of the equipment. 3. Precautions
Power outage and shutdown: Before starting cleaning work, make sure that the equipment is completely powered off and is in a shutdown state. This avoids the risk of electric shock and ensures operator safety.

Avoid liquids entering the inside of the device: During the cleaning process, avoid using too much moisture or liquid detergents to prevent liquid from penetrating into the device and causing short circuits or component damage.

Wear protective equipment: When cleaning, you should wear appropriate protective equipment such as gloves, masks, and goggles to prevent irritation or damage to the skin and eyes from chemical cleaners or dust.

Use special cleaners and tools: Choose appropriate cleaners and cleaning tools based on the equipment manufacturer's recommendations. Avoid using cleaners with corrosive or abrasive ingredients that may cause damage to equipment surfaces or components.

Avoid using sharp or rough tools: During the cleaning process, do not use sharp or rough tools to avoid scratching the surface of the device or damaging components.

Thoroughly clean key components: Pay special attention to the cleaning of key components such as heating plates, vacuum chambers, and molds. The cleanliness of these parts directly affects the performance of the equipment and product quality.

Pay attention to cleaning dead corners: Make sure that all corners and hard-to-reach places of the equipment are cleaned to avoid the accumulation of dust and dirt.
