Its maximum molding areas are 730x420mm, 750x520mm and 850x560mm respectively, and the molding depth can reach ≤180mm, ensuring that the produced cup lids, bowls and other products have excellent shape and dimensional accuracy.
Our machines are driven by servo motors, making the stretching process more precise and efficient. Among them, the servo motor power of the HYX-730 and HYX-750 models is 7.5kw, while the servo motor power of the HYX-850 model is increased to 11kw, ensuring stability and reliability in high-speed production processes.
Our equipment also has an efficient heating system, in which the heating power of the HYX-730 model is 41.3kw, the HYX-750 model is 49.8kw, and the HYX-850 model reaches 56kw. At the same time, the main motor powers are 11kw, 15kw and 15kw respectively, ensuring that the equipment has sufficient power when operating at high speed.
