We provide two models of equipment, namely HYX-F7185 and HYX-F7161, to meet the needs of different customers. The following are the main parameters of the two devices:

Material width and thickness: Material width range is 450-750mm, thickness range is 0.15-2.2mm, strong adaptability.
Molding area: The maximum molding area is 710 x 850mm and 710 x 610mm respectively, and the minimum molding area is 420 x 300mm, meeting the needs of various specifications.
Molding depth: Both equipment are 150mm to ensure the molding effect.
Cutting force: The maximum cutting force of HYX-F7185 is 80T, and that of HYX-F7161 is 60T, ensuring accurate cutting.
Mold and cutter opening and closing strokes: The maximum opening and closing strokes of the forming mold and cutting blade are both 300mm and 160mm, adapting to different mold needs.
Product height and stacking stroke: The height of positive pressure molding products is 140mm, and the stacking mechanism stroke is ≤500mm, achieving rapid stacking.
Power supply and heating power: AC 380V/50HZ (3+N+PE) power supply, heating power of 64KW and 50KW respectively, ensuring stable operation of the equipment.
Production speed and energy consumption: Maximum production speed ≤10 cycles/minute, actual energy consumption is about 20KW/H, high efficiency and energy saving.
Cooling method and equipment size: Circulating water is used to cool the mold. The equipment sizes are 9mX2.3mX2.5mm and 8mX2.3mX2.5mm respectively, covering a moderate area.
